The seasoning and binder for Turkish kofte in one pouch. Knead 1 kg of minced beef or lamb with two eggs and the whole 180 g pack, shape into patties or fingers, then grill, pan-fry or bake until cooked through. The base is wheat rusk flour with 3% wheat germ, carrying onion powder, carrot powder, leek powder, dried parsley, oregano, black pepper, cumin, paprika and mint.
