Three vegetable fusilli in one 200 g pouch, coloured and flavoured by the vegetables themselves rather than by additives. The celery fusilli carries 27.5% celery, the broccoli-spinach fusilli 27% spinach and 17% broccoli, and the red pepper fusilli 25% red pointed (kapia) pepper. Each is made from whole-grain wheat flour and einkorn wheat flour with wheat germ, which is why the pasta reads 14.6 g protein and 4.2 g fibre per 100 g. No salt and no sugar are added; the small figures on the panel are naturally present in the ingredients. Cook for 7-9 minutes over low heat in a wide shallow pan using only as much water as the pasta will absorb, so the vegetable flavour stays in the pasta rather than going down the sink.
