A 200 g pouch holding three different vegetable fusilli, together carrying 35% vegetables. The celery fusilli is 27.5% celery, the red pepper fusilli 25% red pointed (kapia) pepper, and the broccoli-spinach fusilli 22% spinach and 17% broccoli. All three are made from durum wheat semolina with around 2-2.3% wheat germ, giving 13.2 g protein and 4.0 g fibre per 100 g. No salt or sugar is added at any stage. Cook for 9-12 minutes over low heat in a wide shallow pan using only as much water as the pasta will absorb, so the vegetable flavour stays where it belongs. Around four servings per pack, and an easy way to get vegetables past a sceptical child. Contains gluten and celery.
