Turkish Mucver Mix with 6% Real Vegetables & 8% Wheat Germ, No Added Salt, 236 g

A balanced Turkish mücver base made with wheat flour, whole wheat flour, 8% wheat germ, mixed dried vegetables and nutritional yeast. Add grated courgette or chopped leek, one egg and salt to taste, then pan-fry for approximately ten savoury fritters.

  • TURKISH MUCVER MADE SIMPLE – Add one grated courgette (or finely chopped leek) and one egg to a generous tablespoon of the mix, pan-fry, and you have around 10 golden savoury fritters.
  • 6% REAL VEGETABLES BLENDED IN – Red and green bell pepper, leek, carrot, tomato, onion and spinach are dried and mixed into the flour itself, not sprinkled on top.
  • 8% WHEAT GERM & WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR – A wholegrain base that gives the fritters a nutty flavour and 5.9 g fibre per 100 g of mix.
  • NO ADDED SALT, 0.2% NUTRITIONAL YEAST – Only 0.04 g salt per 100 g so you season to your own taste; nutritional yeast adds a gentle savoury depth.
  • MADE IN TURKIYE, UK IMPORTED – 236 g resealable doypack from a Kirklareli family producer. Contains gluten (wheat). Store cool and dry.
